What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is an amazing phenomenon that allows your subconscious to unlearn and relearn things that are inhibiting the client from moving on with your life.

Hypnotherapy quite simply is a way of removing fears, phobias, anxieties, addictions, and other problems whilst in a wonderful relaxed state.

When experiencing hypnosis the client will feel relaxed, calm and at peace – the experience is not scary and the client is in control at all times. All clients feel relaxed, rested, confident and positive at the end of the session.

Depending on the type of therapy that the client requires, the treatment time will vary. Generally this is from one to five sessions.

Hypnotherapy is not – being asleep, doing something against your will or something scary.
