What is Hypnotherapy?

Quite simply, hypnotherapy helps remove fears, phobias, anxieties, addictions, and other challenges — all while you are in a calm, deeply relaxed state.

During hypnosis, you remain fully aware and in control at all times. The experience is safe, positive, and never frightening. Most clients describe feeling calm, peaceful, and deeply rested. At the end of a session, many also feel more confident, lighter, and ready to move ahead.

The number of sessions depends on your needs. Some people notice changes after just one session, while others benefit from a short programme of up to five.

It’s important to remember what hypnotherapy is not. It is not sleep. It is not mind control. And it is never about making you do something against your will.
