Cancellation and Refunds

To book your session, 50% of the fee must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.  This deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance, if you do not cancel within that time period, our policy is to invoice you for full payment of the session.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not 100 % happy with the training or service that you receive, if justified, we will be happy to offer a suitable alternative training date or additional session for you.  This will be at the next mutually convenient dates.

If this is not suitable we will offer you a 100% refund within 14 days of the payment for the session or workshop being received by us.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if a period over 14 days has lapsed.
