General Hypnotherapy
- One-off Session (60–75 mins): £95
A single session is ideal if you’d like to try hypnotherapy or focus on a specific issue. - Block of 4 Sessions: £340 (save £40)
This package offers consistent support and is often the best choice for lasting change.
Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy
- Stop Smoking Programme (2-hour intensive + support): £250
This focused programme helps you quit smoking for good. You’ll receive both intensive hypnotherapy and follow-up support to keep you on track.
Weight Loss Hypnotherapy
Virtual Gastric Band
- 4-session programme: £395
Hypnosis convinces your subconscious that a gastric band has been fitted — without surgery. This reduces appetite and helps you eat smaller portions.
Dosenosis™ Method
- 3-session programme: £295
My trademarked method focuses on portion control and subconscious reprogramming. It helps you feel satisfied with less food while breaking old habits.
ARCHIE Method Session
- 90-minute session: £120
Based on my ARCHIE framework (from ARCHIE, Release the Monster, available on Amazon) (Ask, Remember, Cravings, Hydrate, Imagine, Exit/Engage), this session helps you overcome cravings and regain control.
Past Life Regression
- 90-minute session: £120
Explore past lives in a safe and guided way. Clients often find deep insights that connect to challenges in their current life.
Corporate Coaching

I also offer resilience and confidence coaching for professionals and corporate teams. Packages are designed to fit your organisation’s needs.
Booking & Payment
- Sessions are available online via Zoom, with the exception to the corporate 1/2 day and full day sessions.
- Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or card.
- Package sessions must be used within six months.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll always try to accommodate you.
No. Package sessions are valid for six months, giving you flexibility to space them out as needed.
